We're proud to announce the 10th anniversary of Storyteller Studios! The small studio was originally created in August 2011 in Norfolk, Virginia as BrentArts then changed to Storyteller in May 2016.
The Commonwealth of Virginia is known to have underrated independent artists, writers and gamers and we believe creative freedom of expression is essential and necessary to making art and great stories. 10 years we've been making and releasing original stories with meaning and values. Also to compete against the major novel, game, and comic-book publishers. Our first title was a children's comic called "Midnight", then made a science-fiction comic called, "Bridgeway", a Mecha/Kaiju comic called "Norfolk"(Nor-Fik) and our first RPG game adaptation called "Norfolk RPG."
Then in 2015, the publishing imprint, Storyteller Publishing was created. In 2019 our website and portal, Storyteller.pw was launched as a blog to talk about books, comics, pop-culture, AltMedia, AltTech, and current relevant news including Virginian affairs, making thousands of views from all over the world. In 2020 our gaming imprint, Storyteller Interactive was created for Norfolk RPG. In 2021, for our anniversary, we are announcing a new imprint coming soon. So, stay tuned!
Storyteller is proud to exist this past decade and will continue to move forward in the future as we continue to grow and encourage people to read and appreciate true art created by other individuals. Wonder what it will be like in 2031? Probably, the same.
