Recently, my niece has gotten into reading books, which is understandable as she's always been a smart kid.
Last week I took her to the scholastic book fair, and we were looking at the books, and there was this one about Pavlov's dog and Schrodinger's cat going on adventures.
Christmas was coming up, and she asked if I could get it for her, but I was out of cash so I said, "let's wait and see if Santa gets it for you."
Weeks went by, and still, I didn't buy it until, eventually, it was Christmas Eve, and I had yet to buy it for her. So I decided I would cheat and borrow it from the library.
I went to the library and was looking around, but I just couldn't remember what the name of the book was, so I went up to the librarian and asked.
"Hey, do you guys have that one kids' book about Pavlov's dog and Schrodinger's cat?"
"Hmmm, rings a bell, but I'm not sure if he has it or not."
